He is a specialist in safety culture and has worked internationally across industry sectors including Oil and Gas, Energy, Utility., Defence and Space, Nuclear Weapons, Maritime and Chemical amongst others. He has proven track record of performance improvement that has attracted several awards. He has worked on high profile projects including the 2012 Olympics and supporting the Cullen Inquiry to the Ladbroke Grove Disaster.
